The SEBO Central Powerhead! WOW what a truly awesome product, I have
never used such a good powerhead, I have had tried them all! Spend the
money and do it right the first time! Such a waste of time and energy
to have other that have flat belts...I probably spent more in
replacement belts for the old one! The SEBO Powerhead glides over the
carpets as it deep cleans, I have everything from tile to marble to
deep thick 3/4 inch carpet to hardwood floors...and I am can honestly
say...I love this vacuum powerhead it really deep cleans! I like you
thought holy crap am I really going to spend this much money??? Well I
am telling you...you won't regret it!
Now for the staff, truly amazing people to work with, so friendly and
helpful over the phone and just outstanding service!

needed to buy a central vacuum for my new home and looking online I
found your website. I wanted to call your 800-number and talk to
someone who knows their stuff about central vacs and spoke to Robert.
He was not only very knowledgeable and helpful but very friendly as
well and helped me pick the right one for my house, and every person I
spoke to there was just as helpful and nice as he was.
I bought my central
vacuum, received it pretty quickly and it's up and running like a
champion right now. I just wanted to drop a line and say thanks for

grew up with a central vac system and already know that I want one in
the new home my husband and I will be building soon, but I also know
that there have been many changes in central vac technology since my
parents installed their system 25 years ago. (As a side note, in 25
years of daily use, their system has never had any major repairs or
replacements and sucks as well today as it did the day they completed
installation!) When I began my research,
I almost became completely and utterly overwhelmed...until I found
ThinkVacuums. With your plethora of thorough and unbiased information,
extensive selection of products, and low prices, I now have no need to
look anywhere else.
A week ago, I emailed the same questions to
ThinkVacuums and several other businesses. Within just two days, Mike
at ThinkVacuums answered all my questions and gave me some fantastic
advice. Late that evening, I responded with more specific questions,
and when I checked my email early the next morning, Mike had already
replied. (I still haven't heard back from any of the other businesses,
which gives me an idea of what I could probably expect in an emergency
situation.) A company who treats me this well before they even have
any monetary commitment from me is a winner!
We'll be calling Mike very soon with our first
order :-)

I purchased a Drainvac Ultimate Package
central vacuum system from you several months ago and I wanted to let
you know that my wife and I couldn't be happier. Our house was being
renovated after a house fire and we thought it would be a perfect
opportunity to install a central vacuum system. I found your site on
the internet and used the information you provided to make my decision
on the brand of system and options we wanted. Delivery came in a few
days. The directions were straight forward and easy to understand.
Installation was easy and my son and I completed the job over a two
day period. We decided to install vacpans in the three bathrooms, one
in the kitchen and one in the laundry room. What a convenient and time
saving option! The five vacpans and four regular outlets let us cover
the whole house. I would recommend this to any do-it-yourselfer. This
will definitely make the chore of house cleaning much more enjoyable
not to mention that the system has increased the value of our home.

Last year a contractor friend of
ours recommended you as a source for accessories for our new central
vacuum system. Having no experience with you our similar suppliers I
decided to take his advice and order parts from you. From my first
contact (I think with Michael) it was obvious that you had a great
product and your sales department was knowledgeable and very helpful
with my obvious lack of knowledge about central vacs. I ordered parts
and a 30’ hose … they arrived on time, at a good price and worked
well. That may be the end of the story… but it gets better.
Realizing that I had made a mistake
in ordering the wrong length hose I called and asked to return the
hose for a longer size…. No questions, no “hassle” the rep said to
return the unit for a longer hose. I did, and a longer hose arrived …
but the power head would not work…. Again I contacted customer service
and was told to send the hose back for a refund. A new hose arrived
and the whole system now works flawlessly. My wife who can be a
stickler for quality and performance loves the product.
I am not one for commenting on
customer service … but in this case I just wanted to say you people
did a great job start to finish. I think when things go without a
“hitch”, sales can be very easy… but when issues occur you can tell
the true quality of a company, how they respond to customers and try
to make appropriate corrections….
I would certainly recommend you to
my friends that would be in the market for any product that you
sell…..

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our Drainvac
Elite package central vacuum. Your customer service accommodated us when we
ordered a part that we couldn't use and sent us the part we wanted (but
wasn't part of the original package). The only downside to the whole project was
the lack of clear installation instructions. Fortunately someone was available
at your 800 number to help us out when we ran into questions.
It's been a while since we purchased the vacuum (June 2006), but we think of
writing this letter every time we plug in the hose and use it!

I have just finished installing my Nutone Vacuum
system ordered from you about 3 weeks ago. My wife absolutely loves it! While
the project was challenging even to an experienced home improver like myself (in
a crawl space), I believe anyone with basic skills could do it.
I researched central vacuum systems on the internet, and I believe
Thinkvacuums.com has the best packages and prices by far. Also, I received the
wrong hose and you folks exchanged it pronto via UPS. I needed an additional
part and vent duct and you shipped them right away.
My e-mails and telephone calls were answered promptly and I am very pleased with
your customer service. Overall, my experience with Thinkvacuums has been a
pleasure. If you treat all customers as promptly and well as you treated me,
your business will continue to be a success. Good Customer Service always

Thank you to the staff at Thinkvacuums.com for
helping me to configure a exceptional Central Vac System! Your website has a
perfect layout, information and terminology to be able to make a quick easy
comparison of all the power units and thus to make a well informed choice.
Also, I was glad to find common ground on the philosophy that buying the most
powerful unit was not overkill, especially as it is not that much more money
anyway. I have seen some systems installed lately in new houses that just have
terrible suction and perform terribly, as someone was trying to save only a few
hundred dollars. The demo units in some of the central vacuum stores that were
in the 500 airwatt range were a joke as far as the suction was concerned. I'm
glad I found your site and wasn't conned into wasting my money and especially my
time.
The Powerstar Utopia Star you helped me select is a awesome power unit with a
long peace of mind warranty. When the unit first came and I tested it, it was
incredible!! The force of the suction into the main unit is best described as
"VIOLENT"!! It was hard to believe so much suction could be created into a 2"
pipe!! The 1,110 airwatts, 246 cfm's and the 133" waterlift are in their own
league. The little extra work to get the 220V power source to the unit were
totally worth it.
Most of all I appreciated your access to answer installation questions, even
trivial ones that were of small detail. Long after other online vendors were
closed, Thinkvacuums.com staff would take calls into the evening which is the
time that I had to install my system.
Thanks very much for all the friendly cooperation and assistance, it made all
the difference in configuring a outstanding system and installing it a good
experience.

purchase of our new Drainvac. I have been looking for several weeks researching
and reading the pro's and con's of each system. Your information regarding
cyclonic, airwatts, 5.7 or 7.2 motors, bag or bagless and much more helped me
incredibly. In all that information, you saved us from purchasing a Nutone
CV450. I know that down the road I would have been extremely disappointed.
Thank you also for the good price. I feel that you have blessed us with so many
extras that I only hoped of receiving - that garage kit was basically only on my
wish list, not a necessity. I showed my wife the package and she was really

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how
happy we are with the Drainvac central vacuum system we purchased from
Thinkvacuums.com last year. The power this unit has is amazing! We have two
large dogs and they are constantly shedding. This unit is easily able to keep up
with all the hair. I also love the fact that you don't have to push the whole
vacuum around, just the light weight self propelled power head, it's a breeze!
