Beam QS 375 Central Vacuum

The vacuum cleaners of the Beam Serenity QS series provide a quieter cleaning solution than the ones consumers have been used to, but one just as efficient and convenient. This series consists of four different vacuum cleaners, namely the 325C model, the 375C model, the 395C model and, last but not least, the 3500C model, which is actually the Serenity Plus vacuum cleaner. Naturally, each of the four vacuum cleaners has its own strengths and has had a different impact on the market. The Beam Serenity QS 375C central vacuum cleaner is the leader of the series in terms of popularity.

Each of the four vacuum cleaners in the Serenity QS series is designed to perform its best on a specific range of surfaces. The Beam Serenity QS 375C central vacuum cleaner was created for cleaning jobs that involve surfaces of up to 7,000 square feet. It was also designed for homes with maximum eight or nine outlets. The performance of this vacuum cleaner is partly ensured by the high air watt motor. The 600 air watts its motor produces, the 125 cubic feet of airflow per minute, the 120 volts, 14-inch waterlift and the 14.5 amps create the perfect conditions for the successful completion of any cleaning job of this amplitude. This powerful motor comes with a venting filter, but this accessory is only enabled when there is no outdoor exhaustion involved. Otherwise, its role goes unnoticed. This role is to eliminate the dust particles that usually escape back into the air inside a room.

The harmful particles in the air are collected in an anti-microbial collection bucket. In other words, the bucket fitted on the 375C vacuum cleaner is treated with an agent that stops bacteria or viruses of any kind from spreading around. The agent is called AlphaSan and the system is known as the On-Guard anti-microbial system. Similarly to its predecessor, the Serenity QS 375C vacuum cleaner has a dirt recovery bin which can contain up to four gallons of dirt. This model features a permanent self-cleaning filter which retains the impurities and then disposes of them when the unit is not running. This HEPA filter shares its manufacturers with the Gore Tex fabric.

Additional Information Regarding the Beam QS 375 Central Vacuum

The ATLIS intake technology is also characteristic of the vacuum cleaners of the Beam Serenity QS series. So are the utility inlet integrated in the vacuum cleaner, the anti-vibration mounting system and the logic controller which can be programmed. The Beam 375C central vacuum cleaner, which is 11 inches wide and 42 inches high, can only be shipped by Beam dealers within one hundred miles from the working point, this condition also applying to the other models of the series.

All in all, the Beam Serenity QS 375C central vacuum cleaner is a highly efficient appliance whose quality and performance beyond reproach are guaranteed for a period of ten years. It is designed to last and perform beautifully on surfaces of up to 7,000 square feet, so it is a wonderful cleaning choice.

Care and Maintenance for the Beam Serenity QS 375

Your Beam Built-in Vacuum comes with a lifetime limited warranty (see complete warranty details elsewhere in this pamphlet). It will give you a lifetime of trouble-free service by following some simple guidelines:

  • Motor never needs lubrication. Bearings are permanently sealed and lubricated.
  • Motor brushes should be checked by your authorized Beam dealer after 500 hours of use.
  • Power unit can be dusted off with a clean, soft cloth. Caution: do not use liquid cleaners or water as an electrical shock may occur.
  • The Beam QS 375 is not to be tamperd with. Do not place anything on top of power unit as this could restrict cooling air to the motor, causing the motor to overheat.
  • Do not attempt to pick up anything that will not go through the cleaning tool or hose end. Do not use the system to pick up construction debris.
  • Do not attach anything else to the system’s electrical power source. Be sure that a properlysized protected circuit is used for your unit’s electrical requirements. Consult your authorized Beam dealer for the correct size
  • After removing the hose from the inlet, hold the inlet door open for a few seconds to help clear dirt from the vacuum tubing and make sure the power unit has been turned off.
  • To ensure proper cleaning, use only one inlet at a time.
  • If service is ever required, have it performed by your authorized Beam dealer.

Filter maintenance for the Beam Serenity QS 375

Beam’s exclusive filter is permanent and selfcleaning. However, if cleaning is desired, just follow these five easy steps:

  1. Remove the dirt receptacle.
  2. Wrap a large plastic trash bag around the lower portion of the power unit, holding it firmly in place.
  3. Grasp the sewn-in weight at the bottom of the filter through the bag (as shown) Shake vigorously Dirt will
    drop into bag.
  4. Carefully remove the plastic bag from the unit. Then empty the dirt receptacle into the bag, as well.
  5. place the dirt receptacle on the power unit. Remember, any dirt that is spilled can be easily vacuumed by attaching the hose to the utility inlet and activating the power unit with the manual switch.

With Beam, you can rest easy.
