No PVC piping is required like other central vacuum systems. The Home Cleaning Center is a fully-assembled, self-contained central vacuum center designed to be installed much like an in-the-wall ironing board. It contains the dirt collection bag, vacuum motor, hose and accessories to make this vacuum center a powerful new appliance for the homeowner. The motor driven hose extends or retracts from its own cabinet with the touch of a button. The patented hose system compacts and stores the hose out of sight - The Hose Just Disappears.  Small clean-up jobs are so much faster than going for the broom and dust pan. With a hose system reach of 55' feet, cleaning a 2500 square foot home from one location is a reality (depending upon floor plan and unit).  Mounts vertically between two studs and contains everything in a single unit; hose, attachments, vacuum motor, collection system and hose retractor.

How Does It Work?
The Vacuum is controlled by three buttons on the hose handle. The first button controls the vacuum motor on/off, the next two buttons control the Hose Management System which dispenses and retracts the hose.

With a touch of the (Out) button, the hose management system extends the hose to the length required.

Then all you have to do is hook up the floor tools and start vacuuming. When you're finished, just touch the (In) button and the system will retract the hose for easy and sightless storage.

Sizes
The hose reach is about 55' feet. If the unit is centrally located (depending on floor plan), then it will service up to a 2500 square foot home from one location. Two story homes often require one unit on each floor.

To match the decor in a new or existing home, decorator doors or mirrors may be added to the existing doors to blend and enhance the unit.

Hepa Type Filtration For Allergy Sufferers

The Central Home Cleaning Center has one of the most efficient filtration and disposal systems for captured germs, mold and debris. Our custom made micro elite self sealing filter bags are made from the finest 4 ply filter media.

Our bags, together with a high performance Electrostat Post filter, cleans the air by removing 99.9% of all particles, germs, bacteria and allergens down to 0.3 microns (HEPA is 99.97%). Allergens and other debris are contained in the filter bag with virtually no leakage; therefore, these contaminates are not allowed back into the home.

Easy Installation Steps...

Developed for new construction and existing homes, and designed to fit in in a
16" 2' x 4' wall stud cavity.

Installation Overview
Select a stud cavity in a central location in your home, cut an opening starting 5" above the baseboard, 14 1/2'' wide and 71 1/2" high.

Set the Home Cleaning Center unit in the opening and install 2 thumb screws in either side. Then plug it into an adjacent 120 volt grounded wall outlet.

For a direct connection, have your electrician run a dedicated 20 amp 120 volt line to the stud cavity. The unit protrudes only 2 1/8" at the top and 3 1/4" at the bottom making a slim line fit. It can also be installed through a closet door or surface mounted on the inside of the door. "Installation time is approximately 30 to 45 minutes."
