I have been dealing with Thinkvacuums since 2004 when I bought my house with a central vacuum system. The Service is always fast and easy. So much so when my central vacuum went bad and I had to order a new one I didn't think twice NuTone changed models and I didn't know which unit to buy without changing everything so I picked up the phone and talked to a service agent sure enough he helped me out and within no time I had my new unit and installed it in no time.
