How do I get service for my vacuum
after buying from you?

Call us and we will help! 1-954-341-2760.

Introduction
We'd like to start this off by saying that since 1960, we've been well admired and respected throughout the central vacuum industry as professionals, and not only are we here to help you choose the right vacuum , but to provide excellent customer service, even long after the sale was made. We're a second-generation, family owned and operated business, and want all of our customers to be treated like family as well and we'll do our best to make that happen.
We take pride in ourselves and are enjoying many years of success due to our fantastic customer service reputation, something a lot of other internet dealers lack. You'll never be just an order or invoice number to us. We've found 4 particular companies out of 23 that we represent that go the extra mile to actually come out to your house to fix any problems under warranty, and that impresses even us.

Our Customer FocusOur commitment to excellence
Let's begin by understanding what exactly a central vacuum is.
A central vacuum is basically a hollow shell housing a motor and a relay. The only mechanical part in it is the motor, there are very few other moving parts, if any at all. The motor provides the suction power of the vacuum, and the relay tells the unit to power the motor on/off. Very simple operation. When it's running, all the motor does is pull in air.

In the event of a problem, our friendly, knowledgeable staff is more than happy to assist you and can transfer you to one of our technicians or even the owner of the company. We're here to help you and will never leave you stranded, before and after sale. We can't speak for most internet companies, but we take pride in our good business and personal service ethics. As for warranties, most internet companies will just tell you to deal with the manufacturer to get any warranty support, but not us. Call us up and we'll handle any repairs and everything directly.

Important
1.
Like other internet companies, if your package comes in damaged we do not tell you, the customer, to call UPS and deal with the problem. Rest assured, we will handle everything.

2. If at any time you have a problem with a product we sold you, we'll do everything we can do to make it right. Our 800 number is always available Monday-Saturday 8a.m. - 10p.m. EST., feel free to call us at any time. Our retail store and customer service center are both located in sunny South Florida, NOT some other country. It's comforting to know we speak English as well as Spanish, Se Habla Espanol. We can typically handle 98% of all problems over the phone, it's usually a simple answer and very rarely an actual mechanical problem.

A good idea would be to call any local vacuum repair center first. Central vacuums are not complex machines, and any good mechanic would be able to repair most problems. This will save you time and money in shipping time and costs, and you won't have to wait for it to be shipped, the travel time, repair, and more travel time back to you. If you don't happen to have a local vacuum repair center, simply give us a call and speak to a technician who will help you as much as possible over the phone.
