Easy to find what I needed and place the order.

The parts worked great.

Checkout process was very buggy. Entered all of my information, received multiple errors including a "recaptcha" error (there's no visible captcha) and a credit card error. Eventually had to refresh, add the items back to my cart a second time and repeat the whole process. It worked the second time but this was really not optimal, especially since the address field on your checkout form isn't tagged properly and won't autofill from the saved browser info.

You emailed me a coupon code, which didn’t work even though you knew what was in my cart. Twice you didn’t accept my credit card (I tried two different cards). This was a time consuming and frustrating experience and if I can find another way to order bags in the future, I will.
