Shopping portal is not easy to use, at least is wasn't easy for placing my order on my I phone. It would help if you let someone that has never used your site before place an order. Have them buy a hose kit and sock and maybe have them change their order midstream to get a good idea as to how easy it is to get around your shopping portal. Hope it helps
