Hayden Screw-On Filter Retainer
Hayden uses the latest technology to constantly offer their customers new and highly performing products. In terms of filters, the latest trends are revealed by the hydrophobic washable filter. However, a filtration system has a number of other components too, not just the filter. With some of the Hayden units, the Hayden screw on cartridge container is one of them.
The hydrophobic washable filter is a great performer. It offers a mix of convenience and a pleated high media surface area. However, it only reaches maximum performance levels if fixed into place properly. This is where the Hayden screw on cartridge container comes into play. This retainer has a foam side which seals all gaps so that no leaks occur.
To remove the filter, the filter cartridge must be pushed up, twisted counterclockwise and pulled down. Once the debris has been removed, the filter must be cleaned and left to dry. It is best to have a second filter to replace the first one while it dries for a maximum efficiency ratio to be achieved.
As already mentioned, the cartridge container plays an essential role within the filtration system of a vacuum cleaner. Fortunately, the Hayden screw on cartridge container is neither hard to find nor pretentious about the vacuum cleaners it can be fitted on. It is compatible with the majority of Hayden SuperVac power units, more precisely with the SuperVac SV2400 model, the SuperVac SV3600 one, the SuperVac SV6000 and finally, the Premier SV9000 model.
